Shipping & Returns

  1. What are your shipping and handling rates? Our rates vary based on the size and weight of the item being purchased.
  2. What is your returns & exchanges policy? We accept returns for all unused and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date and will issue a full refund (minus the cost of shipping). Please email us at info@shopcompletely.com with a reason and once we receive the returned item(s) we will process your refund. Please allow for 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. You are responsible for any damages that occur in transit, so please ensure your items are packaged safely as we will be unable to honor any returns for items that are returned to us broken in any way.
